We had a fabulous opening day with all Granby Public School staff on Thursday, August 22, 2024. We kicked off our theme for the year Connect. Believe. Achieve. and honored both our Teacher of the Year and Staff Person of the Year.

We wish our retirees well as they embark on a new journey! They have made their mark, for years to come, inspiring and educating our youngest students. Thank you, from your Kelly Lane Family, Mrs. Betsy Wilken (Kindergarten) and Mrs. Cathryn Kibby (2nd Grade) for your years of dedication, support and laughs. You will be missed!
It was a very exciting day at Kelly Lane Primary School as we had our very first ribbon cutting ceremony, presenting our "Little Free Library". We were fortunate enough to have one of our very talented parents, Mr. Mullen, volunteer to decorate our "Little Free Library" with characters from some of our favorite books. We can not thank him enough for his time and were awed by our beautiful "Little Free Library". We would also like to thank Mrs. Cloukey for applying to the CT Education Foundation for this wonderful resource for our community! Stop by Kelly Lane this summer and take a book or share a book. You do not need to share a book in order to take one. If you take a book or two from a little library, feel free to bring some to share to that same library, or another in your area, when you can. We hope you enjoy our Kelly Lane "Little Free Library" as much as we do! Here's to a great summer Kelly Lane and let's read a lot of books!!
Given tonight's favorable weather forecast, we are excited to confirm that graduation for the Granby Memorial High School Class of 2024 will be held this evening on our stadium field at 5:30pm
Due to the upcoming wet weather, we need to move our field day from Thursday to Monday, June 10th. Please have the kids come dressed appropriately and with a change of clothes. Thanks! We appreciate your flexibility and understanding.
