This week, in art class, we are reading "The Sunflowers: Vincent van Gogh's Search for Beauty" written and illustrated by Zahra Marwan; it is one of our First 50 Books. After looking at and discussing Van Gogh's art, we are making some of our own sunflower inspired artworks! We all agree - the illustrations are the best part of this book! - Kristy Lankford, Art Teacher
