End of Year
As the school year comes to a close, it is with pleasure that we announce to you that the 2025-2026 Teacher of the Year is Mrs. Sarah Warner, Music Educator and Band Instructor at Wells Road Intermediate School. She claims to have "the best job ever" and enjoys watching students shine in her classroom. While her passion lies with her flute and jazz music, Sarah has branched out to integrate educational technology such as AI image generation into her General Music classes. Sarah's nominations read, "Sarah’s dedication is unmatched! She is not only focused on the music, but also the growth of ALL of the children" and "Mrs Warner has always been there for me and has always been by my side when playing the flute. We have a lot of great memories together and I look up to her a lot." Congratulations Sarah!

SW Announcement for Teacher of the Year
You are not defined by the times you fall; you are defined by the courage you show when you get back up. So as you leave middle school behind, take this lesson with you: Embrace challenges. Push past fear. Keep climbing. Because just like Humpty Dumpty discovered—when you rise after a fall, you might just find that you have wings. Congratulations, Class of 2029! We are so proud of you, and we cannot wait to see how high you soar.
