Welcome to the Granby Public Schools Teaching and Learning page of our website. We maintain a commitment to continuous improvement to enhance the instructional capacity of administrators, teachers, and staff in order to provide dynamic learning experiences that will contribute to widespread student success.

The office of the Assistant Superintendent oversees curriculum and instructional programs that align to core standards, support higher-order thinking, and challenge all students to discover their passion and experience success in school. In order to accomplish this, teachers, staff, and administrators engage in a variety of professional learning experiences that support district goals connected to student learning.

To ensure coherence with the import work of our district, the Assistant Superintendent facilitates a variety of groups including the Administrative Council, District Leadership Team, The Professional Development and Evaluation Committee, STEAM, Wellness, Equity Task Force, and the Teacher Education and Mentoring Program (TEAM).
