Board of Education Goals
2012-2013 

The following are the 2012-2013 Board of Education goals to support the district's vision, mission and achievement goal:

Student Achievement

• Advance the learning of ALL students and close district achievement gaps
  

Professional Development

• Update strategic plans and develop district values
• Support Board and staff professional development
  

Board Community Relations

• Increase communication with the community
• Update CPPAC capital projects (Athletic Field Storage Facility/Maintenance Facility Building)

Educational Leadership

• Support the work of professional learning communities
  

Business Matters

• Develop a budget incorporating district efficiencies
• Explore revenue opportunities provided through sponsorships (i.e., athletics) and on-line advertising (i.e., Zippslip)
